Jurancon Noir is an ancient and rare red wine grape from the South-West France. Chai Saint Etienne is one of the only domaines that still grows this grape, which is s cross between Malbec and Folle Blanche. A wine produced from 50 years old vines, and made partially with carbonic vinification. Aged in stainless steel tanks. 12% alcohol wine.
Bright red cherries, blackberries, plenty of fruit and some earthiness on the nose. The palate is medium bodied filled with red berries and blackberries. Playful crunchy tannins and savoury spicy finish.
