The 2019 vintage was created after 10 months in new and old French oak barrels. The hand-picked fruit was whole bunch pressed and went through 100% natural barrel fermentation with minimal intervention. The wine displays a lovely clean nose of stone fruit and lemon and a rich almond meal character. On the palate, the tangy and crunchy acidity carries the fruit with enjoyable length and a refreshing finish. The altitude-driven natural acidity will further develop in complexity with careful cellaring.
